Stand construction

Organizational information on stand construction at the RemaDays Warsaw 2017 trade fair.

I. Stand assembly takes place:

on Monday 13.02.2017 between 8.00 a.m. and 10.00 p.m.
on Tuesday 14.02.2017 between 8.00 a.m. and 10.00 p.m.

 

II. Stand disassembly takes place:

on Friday 17.02.2017 between 4.00 p.m. and 4.00 a.m.

 

III. According to the Terms & Conditions of the International Advertising and Printing Trade Fairs Remadays Warsaw 2017 the cleaning fee for one metre of tape not removed from the floor is 30 PLN. To avoid these costs, in the Technical Office you can buy an ease to remove tape for 25 PLN net per roll.

 

Standard booths are ready on February 14, 2016 starting from 2.00 p.m.

Payment for the assembly and disassembly works outside of the above hours is 1000 PLN net per each started hour, divided by the number of companies remaining in the hall. Requests should be made in the technical department till 6 pm.

Companies realizing individual stand constructions are obliged to pay the license fee in the amount of 12 zł net per 1 m2 of construction area.

An exhibitor at the RemaDays trade fair by purchasing the exhibition area or stand with the standard equipment is obliged to leave the stand in its original condition.
