International Fair of Advertising and Printing RemaDays 2017”

§ 1 Name of promotional lottery
Promotional lottery, hereinafter referred to as a lottery, is organized under the name of Promotional Lottery of the International Fair for Advertising and Printing RemaDays 2017.

§ 2 Name of the organizer of the promotional lottery.
Promotional lottery is organized by GJC INTER MEDIA Sp. z o. o. based in: 61-680 Poznań, ul. Podbiałowa 11, registered in National Court Register under entry No. KRS 107721.

§ 3 Licensing authorities.
The permit to organize the lottery is granted by the Director of Customs Chamber in Warsaw.

§ 4 Principles of promotional lottery

1.The lottery is open to any natural person with full legal capacity that meets the regulations of the lottery and have a valid ID badge entitling to admission to the fair held between 15th and 17th February 2017 in Warsaw under the name International Trade Fair for Advertising and Printing RemaDays 2017.

2. Employees of GJC Inter Media company based in Poznań, their spouses, close relatives, kinsmen and exhibitors of the RemaDays 2017 and their employees are not entitled to take part in the lottery and collect the prizes.

3. Data of entrants provided on their business cards under § 4 article 6 are protected by the Organizer of the lottery.

4. Personal data of entrants are processed in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of 28 August 1997 (Law Gazette from 2002, No.101, heading 926, as amended). Giving the above consent is necessary to conduct particular lottery in accordance with the Gambling Act of 19th November 2009 (Law Gazette from 2009, No.201, heading 1540, as amended) and to be granted prizes drawn in lottery. Participants’ consent to the processing of their data cannot be presumed or implied from will of other consent. The obtained personal information of entrants is used only for interim purposes of proper conduct of lottery and is not subject to further processing and retained for longer than is determined by applicable law. The administrator of the data is the Organizer of the lottery.

5. For advertising purposes all entrants are eligible to give their consent in writing for disclosure of organizer’s personal data, image and voice through media or other electronic means. In case of giving such consent, they are not entitled to receive any remuneration.

6. A business card must be thrown into a special lottery box set up near the fair office in order to participate in the lottery. All business cards thrown into a lottery box on 15th February 2017 between 9:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. and on 16th February 2017 between 9.30 a.m. and 2 p.m. are eligible for draw.

7. All lottery participants are entitled to take part in the lottery only once – only one business card of a particular participant is accepted.

8. The prize in a lottery is a motorcycle HARLEY-DAVIDSON STREET® 750. Overall value of the prize is 28000,00 PLN.

§ 5 Premises where the promotional lottery is organized

The lottery is organized in the premises of exhibition centre, where the fair is held - in the halls of PTAK WARSAW EXPO Nadarzyn, Al. Katowicka 62, 05-830 Nadarzyn, Wolica 114D.

§ 6 Timeframes of promotional lottery

The lottery is conducted between 15th and 16th February 2017.

§ 7 Rules of proceed, terms of prize draw, manner and date of the results announcement.

1. All lottery participants (§4 article 2), whose business card is thrown into the lottery box mentioned §4 article 6 are entitled to participation in the lottery.

2. The prize draw is held on 16th February 2016 at 2 p.m. in the halls of the PTAK WARSAW EXPO Nadarzyn, Al. Katowicka 62, 05-830 Nadarzyn, Wolica 114D. Within the draw there is one prize provided for which is specified in §4 section 8.

3.The draw is to bring out a single business card specified in § 4 section 6 by a person eligible for drawing (hostess suggested by internal lottery supervisory committee). Then, the number indicated in the business card is dialled and a caller waits for the connection. If the phone is not answered after fifth signal indicating waiting for the connection, the connection is cancelled and the new business card is brought out of the box. The rest of the process is carried out as above. The telephone signal is emitted by the loudspeakers. However, if before the 5th signal connection is made, a call recipient has got 5 minutes to show up at a place where the draw is held. If that person meets the above conditions ie. shows up at designated place on time and agrees to receive the prize he or she shall become the winner. Immediately, name of the winner is announced by the loudspeakers. In case of not showing up in 5 minutes or refusal to accept the prize another business card is to be drawn and the same procedure occurs until it succeeds in announcing the winner.

4. Person, whose telephone number is given in business card brought out from the box in case of not being able to answer the phone before 5th signal or if the call is answered but not being able to show up at designated place and time, loses the right to receive prize.

5. Winner of the draw who shows up at designated place and time and refuses collecting the prize loses the right to claim it later.

6. The prize in the lottery is given out in accordance with the provisions of the income tax on individuals act. In case of prizes the value of which exceeds 2280,00 PLN the winner is required to pay income tax which is 10% of prize value.

7. Prize is given out to the winner on 16th February 2017 at 3 p.m. in WARSAW EXPO Nadarzyn.

8. The winner of the draw is required to sign a statement that in accordance to §4 article 2 he or she is not among the persons who are not to entitled for the prize draw. The statement is available at the time of receiving the prize. In case of not fulfilling this obligation the prize is not given out.

9. In case the prize is not given out it remains to be disposed by the organizer.

10. It is not possible to exchange the prize for cash.

§ 8 Ensuring legitimate arrangement of promotional lottery.

1. Legitimacy and arrangement of the lottery ie. informing about process and carrying out the draw is overseen by Supervisory Committee appointed by the organizer. Supervisory Committee shall include a person producing professional licence issued by minster of finance.

2. Supervisory Committee operates under the regulations issued by the organizer.

3. The minutes from the draw shall be prepared.

4. Supervisory Committee shall be responsible for considering complaints of lottery participants.

§ 9 Process of submitting and considering complaints.

1. 1. All complaints and concerns about the conduct of a lottery may be made by the participants of the lottery in writing by registered mail to the address "GJC Inter Media" Sp. z o.o., not later than 7 days from the date of 17th February 2017 - the deadline for receipt of prizes, which is until 24th February 2017. Complaints submitted after 24th February 2017 shall not be accepted. Post stamp date indicates if the complaint is considered. According to the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 01.07.2010 on the mode of participants claiming gambling (Law Gazette from 2002 of 2010, No. 118, heading 793), written complaint should include the name, content of the complaint, postal address of lottery participant, date and place of the event, the type of lottery, description and reason for complaint.

2. Submitted complaints are dealt with by the Supervisory Committee immediately, but no later than within 30 days of receipt of the complaint including the participant notice of the result of the complaint.

§ 10 Period of limitation

1. Complaints related to participation in the lottery shall expire in six months from the date of maturity. The limitation period shall be suspended for the period between the date of submitting the complaint and the date of answer to the complaint.

2. All disputes and claims related to the lottery shall be resolved by court.

3. Matters not regulated by these rules shall be governed by the Civil Code and Gambling Act of 19th November (Law Gazette from 2009, No.201, heading 1540, as amended).

4. At the request of the winner organizer shall issue a personal certificate of winnings in accordance procedures and terms resulting from art. 20 of the law on gambling.

5. All participant may obtain the full text of the regulations of the lottery after sending self-addressed return envelope to the address "GJC Inter Media" Sp. z o.o. ,61-680 Poznan, ul. Podbiałowa 11, with the inscription "Promotional Lottery of the International Fair for Advertising and Printing RemaDays 2017". It is also available during the International Fair for Advertising and Printing RemaDays 2017, on and at the headquarters under the address mentioned above.

6. The Organizer in case of circumstances beyond their control (in particular: force majeure, government decision) reserves the right to determine and make changes in course of the lottery, its Regulations and particular conditions of conducting it in order to preserve the ability to effective realization of the lottery, moreover, the right to set and change its schedule in terms of its timing and artistic aspects without prior consultation or compensation.
